Bakery school


It's been a busy summer.  We have new chicks, a new puppy and have really enjoyed having a long summer break.

But it's back to the pop up bakery and we'll be up and running again from the 29th September.  This afternoon I shall be busy making batches of glorious plum jam for those wonderful scones.

In the meantime the bakery school has been running some fabulous courses and we've decided to call the cookery school after the bakery  ...  so here is the next sourdough course on the 11th December at The Rose Blossom Bakery School.
